Mr Caesar is a consultant eye surgeon specialising in modern refractive cataract surgery, oculoplastic reconstructive, oculoplastic cosmetic and lacrimal surgery.

He trained in Cambridge, Oxford and Melbourne before taking up a consultant post in Cheltenham.

He teaches cataract and oculoplastic surgery to an international audience and was included in the "Best for Eyes" list in the Tatler Beauty and Cosmetic Surgery Guide 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

He strives to meet his patients expectations. From the first consultation to last visit he will always treat you as he would hope to be treated if he was a patient.

He is a fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, and a founder member of the British Oculoplastic Surgeons Society.

The most common procedures he performs are cataract extraction, upper lid blepharoplasty and removal of lumps and bumps.

Mr Caesar treats private patients at Tetbury Hospital.
