In the late 1980s Tetbury Hospital was part of the National Health Service but it faced closure. The people of the town raised over £1 million to 'buy' the hospital from the NHS and save it from closure. Without them, and the generosity of our local population, we would not be here. Tetbury Hospital Trust is a Charity, our Patron is HRH the Prince of Wales. As an independent healthcare provider we deliver high quality services on behalf of the NHS and for private patients. We provide outpatient consultations, day surgery and physiotherapy. The hospital has a walk in facility for minor injuries, and an X-ray department which takes referrals from the hospital clinics and GP practices.
