Mr Deepak Gupta completed his medical degree in India in 1982 and subsequently had ENT surgical training and fellowships in India, USA and the UK. He has practised as a Consultant in the UK since 2000 and has been a Consultant ENT Surgeon at Great Western Hospital, Swindon and the Ridgeway Hospital, Swindon since 2003.
Apart from his clinical interests, he is involved in training, clinical research and introduction of patient friendly initiatives. In addition he has been in senior leadership positions, having served on South West senate and as Director of Medical Education for many years. He is the founder director of the HELM Leadership and Management Programme. Since 2018 he has been a Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Wiltshire.
Deepak provides patients with a comprehensive, competent, responsive and friendly ENT service. He is an adult and paediatric ENT specialist, providing a general ENT service with sub-specialty interest in problems of nose and sinuses, allergy management, snoring and sleep apnoea.

His special interest is in nasal and sinus problems including; blocked nose, sinusitis, frontal sinus problems, allergies, catarrh, smell issues, facial pain and snoring. Amongst others, treatment includes functional endoscopic sinus surgery, frontal sinus surgery and balloon sinuplasty. He also carries out outpatient based nasal turbinate surgery and sleep studies.

(please note that Mr Gupta does not have any extra charges for outpatient procedures of nasendoscopy, ear microsuction or nasal cautery but there will be a hospital charge and you will be invoiced for this separately).
